Dear fellow neighbors, There will be a few openings on the Board this coming year and we desperately need volunteers.  If the AHOA does not have a full board Florida will require the association to hire a management company. If a management company is needed it would increase our yearly dues an additional $150.00* plus  per homeowner per year. As homeowners we should all take our turn in serving on the board. It only takes a couple of hours a month and is a great experience. Please contact a present Board Member if your are interested.
