Your Board of Directors wants to send a reminder to all homeowners as we enter the political season regarding signage on lots and in the common areas.
We have included Article 9 of the Avondale Declaration of Covenant, Restrictions & Easements.
Section 2. Signs. “No signs, posters, displays, billboards, or other advertising devices of any kind shall be displayed to the public view on any portion of a Lot, and/or the Common Properties except for sale or rent signs may be placed on a lot.”
