QUARTERLY BOARD MEETING REMINDER NOTICE
This is a reminder of the upcoming Board Meeting scheduled for Wed., 01/10, 7:30pm at the offices of Crippen & Co, CPAs, located at 1900 SE 18th Ave., Ocala, FL 34471. All members are welcome to attend. The meeting schedule and location for all 2024 quarterly meetings was emailed to the members on or about January 7, 2022, and, thereafter, posted to our website.
The agenda is as follows:
- Call to Order
- Readout and approval of previous meeting’s minutes (and discussion, if necessary).
- Treasurer’s Report
- Open discussion of old and new business.
- Meeting adjournment

2024 BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETINGS SCHEDULE
Your Board will meet throughout the year on a quarterly basis with the
meetings scheduled for the second Wednesday of the months of
January, April, July and October. The 1st Meeting will be held at the offices of
Crippen & Co., CPAs, 1900 SE 18th Avenue, Ocala, Florida 34471,
beginning at 7:30 pm. Dates, times, and meeting place are subject to
change. Any changes would be noticed to the membership. Meetings
are open to all members of the Association. Active participation in the
affairs of Association by its members is encouraged. The annual Board
meeting will, immediately, follow the adjournment of the annual
meeting of the membership. Pursuant to the by-laws of the Association,
the annual meeting of the membership is held the first Wednesday in
December at 7:30 pm.

Annual Meeting Notice
As earlier reported, the annual meeting of the Avondale Homeowners’ Association, Inc., first called to order on December 6, 2023, was adjourned for the purpose of obtaining additional proxies since there was no quorum of the members present at that meeting. The meeting was reconvened on December 13, 2023 pursuant to the by-laws of the organization at which time a quorum of the members was present in person and by proxy. Upon motions duly made and seconded, the proposals to approve the budget and select the Board of Directors for 2024 as had been presented earlier to the members were accepted. Annual dues for 2024 will be $800 and the Board will be comprised of Megan Dodge, Scott Rollins, and Berne Stalzer. Discussion among the members then ensued about the health, welfare, and future prospects of the association. Thereafter, the meeting of the members was adjourned.
